You can access the full Hero list through the Catalog by tapping the Heroes icon in the bottom left corner of the game screen and selecting the Catalog tab.
Please note that the previews show each Hero at their maximum level. Once you get that Hero, you will need to level them up before they have the same stats as in the preview.
