If the red symbol indicating a bad connection appears on the screen, it is a warning that the session may result in a complete connection loss.
As with any other online service, we recommend playing over Wi-Fi with a good Internet service provider or at least a stable 3G/4G connection for a better gaming experience.
The following troubleshooting tips may help you ensure connection stability:
- Restart your device
- Restart your router (power it off for a few seconds then power it on)
- Try to get closer to your router to get a better signal
- Try another connection
NOTE: Please try to avoid closing and reopening the app during PvP battles, as we are unable to provide any sort of compensation for issues/losses caused by a poor connection.
