And today we are excited to announce a new type of upgrade:
!!! CRYSTALS !!!
WHAT ARE CRYSTALS?
Crystals are a new type of equipment that makes Heroes more powerful than ever and adds unique skills.
- Heroes can use Crystals after they reach level 180.
- A new icon is now available in the main Hero window. Tap it to equip a Crystal:
Crystals can grant the following bonuses:
- Increase Attack.
- Increase Defense.
- Increase Attack / Defense / Health for allies from the same Kingdom.
- Increase Concentration when losing Health.
- Resurrect a fallen Hero with a ready-to-use Special Skill.
- Ignore target's Defense for each damage over time effect this target currently has.
- Burn and block enemy mana and energy regeneration if the Crystal bearer dies.
- Increase damage dealt to Giants and Bosses.
- Increase damage dealt in the Battle for Supremacy and Clan Wars game modes.
- Add a chance to dodge any damage.
- Reduce incoming damage in battles that take place on Gathering Ships.
WHAT MAKES CRYSTALS UNIQUE?
The defining feature of Crystals is their Purpose.
- Purpose is an adjustable stat that defines which Heroes can use a particular Crystal.
- The number of Purposes a Crystal can have depends on its quality (Rare, Epic, Legendary):
- The higher a Crystal's quality, the more bonuses it provides.

There are three types of Purpose:
– Hero's group
– Hero's element
– Hero's class
For example:
– A Rare-quality Crystal can have 1 Purpose of any type.
– An Epic-quality Crystal must have 2 out of the 3 Purpose types.
– A Legendary-quality Crystal must have all 3 Purpose types.
HOW TO WORK WITH CRYSTALS?
A new location has appeared in your Kingdom. It becomes available to all rulers who have completed Campaign Mission 131.
There you can:
- Create Crystals.
- Upgrade Crystals.
- Apply Purposes to Crystals.
HOW TO CREATE A CRYSTAL?
Creating a Crystal requires:

Crystal Nodes
-
Crystalline Dust
-
Designs (optional)
- The quality of the Crystal Node (Rare, Epic, Legendary) determines the quality of the Crystal.

Using a Design will result in a Crystal matching that specific Design.
ATTENTION!
– The Design quality (Rare, Epic, Legendary) must match the Crystal Node quality.
– Make sure to carefully read the Design descriptions in your inventory.
– If no Design is used, a random Crystal will be created.
HOW TO UPGRADE A CRYSTAL?
There are two possible Crystal upgrades:
- Leveling up a Crystal increases its stats. Requires Crystalline Dust.

Awakening a Crystal unlocks further leveling. Requires Crystal Nodes of the same quality (Rare, Epic, Legendary) as the Crystal being awakened.
ATTENTION!
– The chance of a successful Awakening may vary (similar to how Talisman enchantment works).
– If the Awakening is unsuccessful, you will receive a certain amount of Crystalline Dust.
HOW TO APPLY A PURPOSE TO A CRYSTAL?
Depending on its quality, a Crystal can have up to 3 Purposes that determine which Heroes can use it.
- Select the type of Purpose you'd like to apply to a Crystal.

Make an offering using the required number of other Crystals.
ATTENTION!
– The higher an offered Crystal's quality, the more progress points it adds:
Rare — 1 point
Epic — 2 points
Legendary — 5 points
– Offered Crystals are consumed permanently.
– The upgrade level of the offered Crystals does not matter.
– The resulting Purpose type is chosen at random.

Tap Apply to apply the resulting Purpose.
ATTENTION!
– You may change the resulting Purpose before applying it to the Crystal by making another offering. However, previously offered Crystals will not be refunded.

- You can obtain resources for creating Crystals in the "Battle for Supremacy" shop.
- Other sources for creating Crystals will be introduced in the game in the future.
