From the diary of Scarlet,
Captain of the Kingdom of Lemessia’s gathering ship:

"This was supposed to be just another routine assignment. Deliver cargo from the city, solve the locals’ problems, return to port. And of course, everything had to go wrong: we were in Highguard waters when the creature attacked. A massive kraken; its tentacles took down the mast and tore breaches in the hull. Only two of us survived — me and Admiral Sharky. He mumbled something about a perfect time to see whether the legends are true, performed a couple of gestures, the waters began to glow, and out of them emerged… He called her the Princess of the Depths, the true mistress of the seas. She stood beside us — Admiral on her right, me on her left — and summoned a devastating storm. We fought as if it were our last battle, but surprisingly, when the storm reached its peak, both the shark-head and I were filled with such power that our special skills were unleashed without the usual exhaust effect. The kraken fled to lick its wounds, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to get to know the Princess better or ask her to join our ranks. Perhaps one day we’ll be lucky enough to meet her again, hopefully as an ally. I can't imagine facing such a powerful entity as an enemy..."

The event starts on November 13, so get ready to participate in several activities:

• * A new mini-game: Symbols of the Depths. Collect special event resources called Seashells.

Use them to clear the sea floor and get valuable resources. Please note that clearing each consecutive element will require more and more resources.
NOTE! The sea floor can only be cleared once, it cannot be refreshed or reset.

• A new event summon, offering an opportunity to harness the power of Aqualin!

Among the old sea dogs, legends speak of the mistress of the water element, the Princess of the Depths, the mighty Aqualin. She responds only to the call of the most valiant rulers and is always ready for battle. Her Special Skill, called Storm, sends out Water Surges to damage enemies and infuse herself with Storm Charges. Once a certain number of Storm Charges are stacked, Aqualin's neighboring allied Heroes instantly use their abilities without any mana cost. Furthermore, if enemy Heroes use their own Special Skills, Aqualin immediately strikes them with a Water Surge.

Teaming up Aqualin with certain Heroes can drastically affect the battle.

Here is a nice example:

• Cleo and Lord Valentine will be able to deal massive damage
• Gerhard the Slayer and Stargazer will burn immense amounts of mana
• Jin-Ho and Blind Seer will refill mana reserves for the entire Hero team

Equipment is another way to boost Aqualin's capabilities: she will deal more damage, accumulate Storm Charges faster, and the artifact will make her invulnerable to any negative effects.
